One of the best ways to narrow your search to include only properties within the Madisonville market area is to change the "
MLS AREA" field to include only Madisonville County. You will notice that the MLS Area field values infront of each area. Madison County is referered as "
62". All of the surrounding counties are grouped nearby "62" as well. To select more than one county at a time, simply hold down the Control Button (CTRL) while you click on additional counties within the MLS Area field.
Another effective way is to search by zip codes. The following cities / communities can be searched by their respective zipcodes:
- 77864 - Madisonville
- 77871 - Normangee
- 77872 - North Zulch
- 77850 - Leona
- 75833 - Centerville
